Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Only regular priced items are eligible for returns or exchanges. All discounted and discontinued items are final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We have a 30 day refund policy. Beyond 30 days of your purchase, we will gladly offer you an exchange or store credit for your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or will be collected prior to mailing.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will notify you once your items are received.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected within 30 days of purchase, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days. To complete your return for cash you must do so in person at our store with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
